Our service is back to being Same day and Next day.

  We do offer rush service if you have to have your documents back the same day but we must have them by noon at the latest in order to get them done that day.

The mail processing time if you were to send it to the secretary of State is currently a minimum of 2 weeks.
from the date the request is received in the Sacramento office.
Once we receive your documents in the mail we get them done and mailed back to you by USPS
within 1-2 days depending on arrival day and time for the same price! We don't charge you extra for dropping them off, you just pay all mail fees, nothing more.

We mail your documents back however you want, by USPS priority mail, Priority Express, Fed Ex or UPS since you pay their fees it's your choice.
We only charge their actual fee so if you want to just pay us one fee include the return shipping amount in your check, no extra fee will be added by us whatever it cost you to ship it is what it will cost us. You can also send along a prepaid return label when you send us your documents as well if you want.
Before mailing documents too us for processing we need to make sure they are done correctly so we can get an Apostille and the best way to do this is take a picture or scan the document and email us or text us a copy for verification, you can also call us.

Prices for a California Apostille or Authentication

The local area for California is the Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank area, plus we travel everywhere like downtown Los Angeles, Alhambra, Mt Washington, Montecito Heights, Sierra Madre and more!
Our travel fee increases for areas outside our local area but even then we still cost less than our competition because we are on motorcycles!

$135.00 for one document with no notary service means

  • 4 apostilles 80 each
  • 5 apostilles 70 each
$150.00 for one document with notary of one persons signature means

Discount for multiple documents with notary service included
Discount rate for 1 apostile with no notary with a 3-4 day return is $100, Add state fee of 15 per signature if notary needed.
Extra Prices for outside our area, extra signers, and mailing.

 

Prices for a Texas Apostille or Authentication
The local area for Texas is, well more complicated as a true Texan knows. Leon county is my local area but Austin is where I go to file all documents so along that route I can make deals as well but the travel fee increases for areas outside this local route that is not heading towards Austin. For many areas it is really best to mail them to get the fastest service unless you are willing to drive to Leon county to meet me.


So lets run through a scenerio. Lets say you are in Huntsville and want to meet me in Madisonville at Buccees to drop off your documnets, I can work with that and the fee would be 150. Lets say you are in Dallas and want to meet me in Waco it would be $200.00 because it is the wrong direction.

$135.00 for one apostille means

Rush service is available but I would need to have the documents in hand by 11am in order to get them back to you.
If you are close to me in Centerville the fee is $150.00 for one document and $75.00 for each additional document.
