California Birth Certificate-Death Certificate
A California Birth Certificate and Death Certificate must be issued by the County Clerk or State Registrar. If your certificate is signed by a medical doctor from the Health Services Department, you must have the document authenticated by the County Clerk before you can get an Apostille

Marriage Certificates A California marriage certificate will be automatically issued by the County Clerk.
