How to Apostille California school records
such as A diploma, transcript, education verification, or Completion of Undergraduate Degree Requirements Verification.

If your school and you are local we can meet at your school and we will pick up everything from you there but you do not even need to be at the school, or present at the Secretary of State office, we can handle your documents once we pick them up or they arrive to us by mail even if you are no longer in the country.

Step 1: You need your Document copy certified.

The very first thing you have to do is check with your school with regards to these services because each school is different.
Some schools require an original official document be generated for copy certification because photocopies or reproductions are not accepted. Some also provide free copy certification and notary services for your school records and some charge.
Contact the schools Registrar and inform the official there what you need copy certified, your diploma, your transcript or other.
The school completes what they require for your document and will give it to you or can forward it directly to you, your agent or us.
If the school does not have a notary on staff, you will need to find a local traveling notary like us to meet with the school Registrar.

Step 2: We get an Apostille for Your school document
Once your document has been copy certified by the school registrar or a traveling notary like us it is now eligible for the Apostille and we do the rest for you once we get the documnet. We take it with us if we notarized it, we arrange to pick it up from you or you mail it to us.
